Testers are welcome to download ScummVm from buildbot and test Pink Panther games.<\/p>\n<p>Advantages over original engine:<\/p>\n<p>1) Very low CPU usage even with scaling. The original engine doesn\u2019t have a delay after each frame, so it consumes whole core.<\/p>\n<p>2) Passport To Peril supports sound balance.<\/p>\n<p>3) All advantages which ScummVm offers(scaling, cross-platform, etc)<\/p>\n<p>So what\u2019s left:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Game menu.<\/li>\n<li>ActionText<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>These features don\u2019t affect gameplay because ActionText is used only in PDA and menu is just needed to quickly navigate through PDA.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>At the seventh week I have done: &nbsp; implemented Peril\u2019s PDA commands implemented Peril\u2019s PDA hardcode(thumb moving) code cleanup bugfixes Finally the engine brach was merged with ScummVm\u2019s main repository.
